01What information do we collect?

Personal information you disclose to us

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

Client Data Processed on Behalf of Businesses

When providing our AI automation and related services to business clients, DISJINX may process personal information on behalf of those clients. This information may include information relating to the client's customers, leads, employees, suppliers or other contacts.

In these circumstances, DISJINX generally processes such information on the client's behalf and in accordance with the client's instructions and our agreement with that client. The relevant business client remains responsible for determining the purposes for which the information is collected and used and for ensuring that it has the appropriate authority to provide the information to DISJINX.

Such information may be processed through third-party service providers used to deliver the relevant automation, including automation, AI, CRM, email and other software services.

Business Transfers

We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

04Do we offer artificial intelligence-based products?

As part of our Services, we offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies (collectively, 'AI Products'). These tools are designed to enhance your experience and provide you with innovative solutions. The terms in this Privacy Policy govern your use of the AI Products within our Services.

Use of AI Technologies

We provide the AI Products through third-party service providers ('AI Service Providers'), including OpenAI. 05How long do we keep your information?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). Following termination of your account, we generally retain your personal information for up to three (3) months before deleting or anonymising it, unless we are required or permitted by law to retain it for longer.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

DISJINX's website and services are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 through account registration. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from an individual under 18 without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to review and, where appropriate, delete that information. Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. 09Controls for Do-Not-Track features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ('DNT') feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

DISJINX operates in Australia and is committed to handling personal information responsibly and transparently. We collect, use, disclose and store personal information in accordance with the laws and obligations that apply to our business and our information-handling practices.
